Challenge
Build a memorial website with convenient search and filtering of fallen heroes by brigade, hometown, place of death, awards, and alphabetical index.
“Book of Memory” is a memorial project by “Media Center Ternopil” honoring fallen defenders of the Ternopil region. A custom WordPress theme and full functionality were built from scratch.
Implemented: custom “Hero” post type with extended fields, advanced filtering system (by brigade, hometown, place of death, awards), alphabetical index, AJAX search, responsive Bootstrap 5 layout.
